It’s a Rocky movie! The signature Rocky name is not on the title, instead its marked “CREED”.
Creed being Apollo Creed’s son. Now this may not cause excitement for you just yet, until you watch the trailer. A movie based on the son of the friend opponent played by Michael B. Jordan and of course Sylvester Stallone playing Rocky Balboa, with a cast full of great supporting actors and actresses. The movie has all the ingredients for enjoyment on all levels. Back with another edition of “Pick up the Pieces” we bring to you the collaboration “1804” snap back from Cre8tivy Irony x Snaps by Charles. The hat is made in commemoration of Haiti’s independence from France in 1804. I play pretty close to my roots with this feature being a Haitian American but its only right.

The graphic on the front panel is filled with rich history and color straight from the Haitian flag.  With team blue covering the crown and brim, it gives the cap a sporty vibrant feel. Not to mention the silver metallic threaded star eyelets and matching Snaps by Charles logo to solidify a upscale street style.

Just in time for the Spring/Summer, and those looking to rep Haiti on Flag Day (May 18th) Memorial Day or any given day of the week. This piece truly represents the first black independent country, we applaud and respect the history.

L’Île aux pirates

L’Île aux pirates translates to Island Pirates. This is an intresting video we found on Vimeo that tells the story of an Island off the coast of Haiti. It is said to have a boat load of history; pun intended. Enjoy!

It’s been 14 years since another installment to the Jurassic Park saga has been created. We are excited to finally have a preview of the new Jurassic World movie set to premiere June 12, 2015. Director Steven Spielberg is executive producer which is great considering he directed the first two movies. Colin Trevorrow, although fairly new to featured films, is the director. This will be his second feature film after Safety Not Guaranteed (2012). The cast includes Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and a variety of excellent and talented people. Jurassic World looks like it will be an exciting, suspensful and entertaining. Don’t Believe The Prehistoric.
